Flatbread Toaster

The new Gold Standard Tortilla Toaster can quickly heat tortillas, flatbreads and pitas, or cook raw tortillas allowing operators to serve on demand without any delays in service. The GSTT-1H toasts both sides of tortilla in only 8 seconds, compared to the 10-second single-side sear from traditional grills.

This unit features a motorized conveyor that guides product along the two high-temperature platens. With a front load and front return, the Gold Standard Tortilla Toaster easily fits into any kitchen configuration. The GSTT-1H utilizes a digital controller, allowing operators to quickly adjust the temperature and motor speed to ensure products are cooked to their exact specifications.
